how can you gain your trust again???

i'm really having a hard time thinking about it....
because i don't know the answer...
i was betrayed and lost my trust to others....except for my family....
so how can i gain my trust again????
please tell me..........

You can't shut yourself out to people i know that very much. The only way to gain someones trust is to try and trust them. USually if they' are going to lie to u they do it right off hand. So i suppose you'll just have to trust ur intution.

Yea, I agree with Jade.......but I dont really trust anyone with anything much....If I want something done, i do it myself. That way, no one gets hurt

just trust them. it might take some time tho

but at the time before they betrayed me i trusted them......
how could they be so cruel?

I have no trust for others apart from my girlfriend and i have lost trust in myself to i find it easier to get by on my own you get hurt less i take only very important advice from others and i dont listen to anyone but what i think is right the best thing to do is to get on with it and never trust anybody again as trust was made to be lost :nono:

trust is something that is earned not gained
