How do I get images off my media files?

Like, I'm watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. And there is this scene in which she looks so cute that it's unbelievable how cute she looks. Also this scene in which she grabs Kyon by the back of the shirt, and tips his chair over, slamming his head into the front of her desk, which is awesome.


Anyway, I want to get those two pictures, but when I print screen, screwy **it starts happening. I print screen, then paste the print screen image in PSP7, but something weird happens.

The image stays still. If I move the image box around, the image stays where it is, as if the image box were a camera panning off to the side. Like the layers aren't merged or something, but I check the layers, and there is just one layer.


Does anyway know how to fix this, or just how to get the images I want?

ill explain to you the fast way of copying pics from avi files. while playing them in windows media player, press control + I together then it will ask u to save pic. gg

yeah., most players offer screenshot actions.,

i preferably use VLC player., just a right-click away is the 'take screenshot' option.
