by performing a shearch on the web you can find free prgm that will help you do animated gift. ther is a online site that offer to make gif animated.....

you can also use Photoshop and Image ready if you got them and you know how to animate. There is a topic with Tutorials in this section of the board that will list alot of tutorial sites ^_^
