How do you make anime pictures? I know others can, but what program so you use?

you mean like animewallpapers, well many people use photoshop to create awesome wallpapers.

Anime scans? I thought people obtain them from some other sites, but I presume one can use photoshop or GIMP to makes anime wallpapers and stuff.

Oh, I had heard that someone made one from some program, guess I was wrong. is there any place on this site i can supply a scan and have someone change the color of the hair or eyes with photoshop?

I am not an expert at these things, so I might have been wrong. As for what you asked, if a GFX member is willing to do the color change thingie, you can certainly request them to do that. You might want to PM a GFX team member, whose names are under this thread:

Or, you might want to post that image in this thread of yours, and request that, but it would nice, if you can request it after you have at least 50 posts at AO.
