well i celebrate hallowing by going out asking for candies with all my goth friends, when we go out we don't dress customs because our clothes are scary so we save alot of money in customs.
YEAH! It's October. It's time for my yearly month long celebration!
The Barronmores? That's easy! CASTLEVANIA! For 20+ years I have celebrated Halloween with an all day Castlevania Marathon. Don't care which one....Yet with my getting older and having unimportant things like Work that get in the way of such a cherrished event, I have abitrarily decided that October shall now be celebrated by Castlevania! Yep, that's right! No games for me this month that don't have anything to do with castlevania.
Except ofcourse, "Devil May Cry"...I think Dante is a cousin.
And Vampire Hunter D...afterall, if it' good enough for Castlevania to steal it and make a game out of it, it' good enough for me.
And Vagrant Story...there's dead things in there...that's good enough more me.
And Van Helsiing...yes the game stinks, but there's a vampire in it somewhere and we have to kill it!
Am I missing any?
And this year I will finally beat Castlevania 1! Do you hear me Konami? My 20 years of battle will finally be over! I have the power! I have the knowledge! I have my NES Power Player guide! And now, October has come! I will beat your game within this month...for I will not go another year defeated!
Now, as we celebrate the greatness that is Casltlevania we must bow our heads in shame. For Konami, the great maker of our cherrished game, has once more decided that this years Castlevania marathon will not be graced with the presence of and feature "Curse of Darkness" (for the Xbox and PS2 - go check it out) because they can't be bothered to ship the game 8 DAYS EARLY! Curse you Konami...unless ofcourse you repent of this horrible sin and release "Curse of Darknes" on Halloween like you did with "Lament of Innocence" last year. Then we'll love you forever!
Come, my Anime brothern (and sisters)...join me this month and tread once more into Dracula's Castle! For the time of Castlevania has come!
So, now that you know I"m a totlal castlevania nut...what do you do to celebrate Halloween?

well of 9/11, i havent gone trick-or-treating, but instead, i get a bag of candy from the store for me (no one ever comes up my driveway, it's three hundred feet long) and usually get a videogame instead. this year i'm getting Ratchet: deadlocked![]()

Back in Maryvale I didn't do a damn thing. Too ghetto so none of the kids ever came by askin' for candy and the parties around there were too.... Scary. Lol This year, I think I'll invest in enough horror anime to have a 24-hour marathon. Assuming I don't work. Word.![]()

Halloween doesn't exist around here.
I'm always up for some Vagrant Story though.
If you like shooters (I somehow think you don't), give Darkwatch a try too.
if you were talking to me, i'm not allowed to play M rated games, i'm only thirteen.Originally Posted by Hassun

Castlevania is a great way to get into the season but nothing beats Silent Hill or Fatal Frame, puts me right in the mood. Also, one of my traditions during October is locking myself in my room, turning off the lights...and journey through all of my horror dvd's. Quite satisfying.
Nope, I was talking to Mr Barronmore.Originally Posted by dark angel swordsman
And you should be able to get around the age restriction with some intuitive thinking.
All your films? Hah, you'll be in there all month.Originally Posted by Goremeister
