no, i don't know german...umm i can understand some words and sentences, can read, but dunno the language as i should... i guess that i'm going to learn it in language shool or stg...

but not to be offtopic, here's a another way to cutout your scene and save it to gif animation...

import video in macromedia flash, render the movie to frames and cut the frames you dont want to use[you should import some small clip, about 10 or 15 seconds of duration], after that export it to gif animation and.... voila!

The Animation Shop in PSP (Paint Shop Pro) is actually pretty good. Just make a pic, make a bunch of copies, and edit each one, in PSP, the way you want, then open it in Animation shop in the order that it goes. It's actually pretty simple.

and once you master it you can be making stuff like this!

I was trying make gif with imageready,but why did the quality looks like getting reduced?

..... why do not take sceen shot and save it as image, then make them into gif with any program?i think it would not reduce their quality
Gimp is a good choise. and it is free.hehe...
