    Exclamation HTML Help Please!!!!!!!

    Can anyone help me with an HTML? I need to know how to get my page
    and what to do. I wanna know how to do this. It was my new years resolution
    and well it's almost been 4 months not knowing. And I need some help.
    So well tell me what to do and I'll do it!
