i cant join in the gallery !

I like many pics in gallery so much, but i cant join in to see them. When i click to any pics. It said me to register. But i registered yet. I am a newcomer. Please help me. Or tell me the rules over there.

Next time check the "Forum feedback and sugestions" before posting. This has been explained a lot of times before.
