After you log out, you need to remove ALL the cookies stored by the browser (always a good thing to do if your working on a shared machine. clearing the file cache is a good idea for the same reason...)
I use a computer at school and when I always come to the website im log in, somebody could come into the cp and do something stupid so please help me

the cookies get clear but still doesnt log out I try to log out 20 times and it nver did log out
and I almost getting out of school four more days left so please figure out how to help me thank you. BOWS
