to tell the truth, and i'm usually i good judger (nice), i'd give it a 3. i saw nothing intresting at all.

The second I clicked the link, I could have sworn I head the white noise of a 14.4 dial-up modem, and the "You got Mail!" of my 1995 AOL days. The rest is somewhat fuzzy, as I woke up an hour later, flat on my back on my floor, with a path of dry blood running out of my left nostril.
Needless to say that you are new at this, but your design brought forth some sort of deeply repressed emotional scar from my early web days.
Not too bad if this is your first up on the 'net, but you have single handedly broken every bad design rule ever made, and in turn have created a few new ones. Just some pointers:
-Don't use looping animated gifs (especially taken from video) for integral parts of your design. They make people want to put their cigarettes out on their screens.
-Spelling is often over rated, but in case of your <title> code, get it right.
-Don't put up ripped advertizing images on your site, just to have advertizing images that don't link to adverts. There is no sense in this- you are not getting paid for it?!@ You have a ONG-BAK Dvd banner, but no link? I guess you see other sites that DO have real advertizing on it, so you are emulating them? But just so you know, people hate advertizing, so there is no sense in cosmetically copying them.
Good luck on future designs, and don't let any bad critics get to you (me especially).

think subtle
and it aint gonna be 56k friendly
thumbnails are your friend - use them
and dump a chatroom in there
