i'm new to wallpaper design

i'm new to wallpaper design and i always wanted to do it so i want to know
what stuff i need and the toutrials to use them .

Well u need a good drawing programe, say Photoshop and then for tutorials hmm there is a list posted somewere on this forum it as places for all types of toturials
