I am not sure of any good site...but i love to draw if you need (or want ) some tips just let me know i would be glad to help you out!
There are tutorials and examples everywhere. Study a random image you find off the internet, or try to draw it. You'll get better that way and most likely develope your own style too.

I don't know much about where u could find that kind of info. Ill try and check up on this topic so i guess ill keep in touch. (Maybe.LOL). Maybe i can learn a few things myself.
