And to answer the question, there are many possible reasons: upload errors, picture was a rip, image was not the right size to be a wallpaper, etc.

Also, you are not allowed to have more than one identity.

what do you mean another identity,

Meaning your not allowed to have 2 names on the board. this is called Trolling. Most of the time assosiated with flaming board members under another name but it is still against the rules.

There are two problems here:

1) There is a second screenname, julioperez@elsalvador.com, that originates from the same IP as yours, salvadoriangamer. That means that either you have two screennames (illegal) or someone else in your house is logging on to AO. It would help if we knew which it was.

2) Both ID's are trying to upload the same things to the gallery. Since only one person can be the originator, both are getting axed as a matter of principle.
