Looking for Initial D Fourth Stage DDL. I read somewhere that it wasn't licensed yet, but they made you pay a monthly fee to dl. I just need eps 17+

Thanks but I need direct download sites as of right now. My internet access is on a college campus and they block all the p2p software incl. BitTorrent. Ill be moving off sometime soon so hopefully i'll be able to use those.

most places make u pay to download their eps. others you gotta post A LOT to be able to dl them. for initial d 4th stage, there are 5 ways for you to get it:
1. bit torrent
2. pay to dl
3. post to dl
4. a friend or someone might have them
5. buy the dvd's
since u cant do bit torrent u can do the others. the only place i know that u can post to dl is www.animeotaku.com
in that site u gotta post to get points. use those points to get download tickets. they have initial d 4th stage there.

*sigh* none of those have worked so far because they dont have it. I have found plenty of sites where you can DDL for free as long as you register, it just seems that none of them have initial D. I may just have to wait until i get off-campus. Thanks for all the help tho.

2. convert points into download tickets.
3. use download tickets to download the initial d 4th stage eps.
they got up to eps 22. it will work.
