Oh, and his license to practice law is probably going to be revoked.

Not quite, but it's certainly the beginning of the end, should his right to practice law in Alabama be revoke it should influence heavy on the Florida Bar's review of his right to practice law entirely, his license could be revoked.
I'm lovin' it.
Just desserts perhaps. Guess we'll have to wait and see if he really loses his license or not.
Well, I'm sure this whole thing will cause him to lose a lot of the weight he's been able to throw around.
He deserves to lose his lisence for the sole reason that he clearly only cared about getting publicity from the case, instead of doing his job of representing the families of those affected by the crime. Don't get me wrong; I don't think that blaming video games is the way to go, and chances are, he would have lost the case anyway (the First Ammendment has resulted in just about every other case of this sort being dismissed), but he obviously lost sight of the fact that 3 people were killed. And, as usual, nobody seems to give a damn about the real reason that this kid decided to murder people, only that he played video games, and it's a hell of a lot easier to blame them then the people who had a hand in raising him. Hopefully if the case is dismissed, someone with half a brain will think of that option, and help to give the grieving families a sense of closure.
