If I remember correctly, you have to register, but don't freat. It's free.

It's been a few years since I used it, but the few times I did, I always had about ten different people e-mail me looking for a penpal. It's a pretty reliable source.

It was fun while it lasted, but really too hard to keep up with it all. My intention was having a Japanese penpal, but I wound up exchanging e-mails with some German guy for a couple of months. Go figure...

That penpal.net seems like a good idea man, try that.

=><=! *ish hugged* yea. i do penpal.net. its really kool. you can do more spicific searches on what kind of a penpal your looking for and other things. peopled from all over the world go there. its really kool. although now my japanese penpal hasnt writen to me for a while so im starting to get worried about her. oh well. penpal.net is awsome. i got tons of friends from japan, italy, england, and from the korean republic and some out of the republic!! its great! oh and one in astrtaliia! cant forget my baby sis!
