I believe s/he's asking if games about sex ("screwing") are porn. I believe the answer is likely to be yes from what I've heard about several "dating" games.

I think people would want to ban these games because to many under age children are becoming addicted to porn and things of such. Is it porn I don't know and I wouldn't know because I haven't played any of these games.

These games get translated to English and they get mostly uncensored during the process. And yes, they include porn scenes. But, unlike regular porn on TV, they also have an interesting plot.
As for corrupting the children, I think that the bigwigs are confusing the cause--consequence logic. The porn or games aren't corrupting the kids. The truth is that the parents don't have time or knowledge to care about their children, the children watch murders on TV and get involved into groups of older criminals on the street, become corrupted AND as a side-effect of all that, they also play hentai games. A well-brought-up child wouldn't attempt to play such a game in the first place!

most of the dating games i know are hentai. i know a few of them that's not like that tokimeki memorial series.
