    Every title with the word 'rider' in it sounds vaguely erotic to me...
    Isn't that right Dragonrider?

    Some of the more recent Japanese films I've seen are Cure and The Eye. Both are very creepy, and I highly recommend them, but only if you can watch them more than once, because they'll make more sense that way.
    Oh, I've also seem Uzumaki (sp?), the movie based on the manga. That one was also very weird, but kind cool as well.
    and to who ever mentioned Storm Riders, I agree with you! That's one of my favorite 'kung-fu' like movies (sorry, I know it's not kung fu, but I can't think of another way to describe it right now).

    And I remember now, at the top of my lungs in my arms, she dies, she dies.

    Hmm... I gotta check Versus out then... Plus, all the other movies mentioned which I haven't seen yet... I liked the plot of Battle Royale but it lacked a lot of blood and was off a bit of realism.... Good movie, but not bloody enough... Same goes for Audition, which disappointed this horror/gore fan... But then again, each movie has its distinct charm... And I'm probably just too weird since I find enjoyment in the scenes most people choose not to look at or find excruciating to... ^^;

    Battle Royale was really good, prefer the first one than the 2nd one.
    The Grudge was quite good, scary and dark water, both the lil kids are creepy
