Thread: Just got Denied

Yeah, when i was younger my parents also denied me the simple pleasures of buying anime, they always use to check the rating of the anime i buy on VHS(yes, in the old days ), but know i can buy anything i want and they can't do anything about it .
Yes, i also buy lots of stuff from anime castle.

how about so this topic doesnt get closed not start a conversation about how you got denied by your mom and your looking for mental guidance.
So what were you going to buy and why?

Man, sorry your mom denied you. *Thinks* I'm not spoiled, I don't ask for stuff, but when I do I hardly get denied. Yet I don't have a lot of anime. Hm.

I get denied anime all the time.
Pretty much the only anime I watch for multiple reasons, including money, is Fansubs.
I have learned to live with being told no for just about everything.
Afterall, growing up the youngest of 4 boys, i really get the short end of a really short stick.

Sorry that you got denied, I know how it feels the first time you get denied something as simple as anime.

I don't know if you are too young or not, but, have you considered maybe getting a job?

Well, it's typical for parents to deny our pleasures. :]~ But well, anime is pretty expensive especially if you're in a western country or whatever, maybe if you asked her to buy you a sandwich, she wouldn't deny you. :P

you see, parents have a thing against material items. when i asked for an Ipod, my mother told me to get straight As first. They use it as a bribe. :P
