I have seen people practice it...
Very interesting... but I doubt it matches up against my kick boxing skills...

With a real sharpened sword? Say goodbye to your kicking legs.

Well........I took Kendo & Shiidu Ryu, but I've been thinking about taking that up.^_^ I was raised to learn the familiar Brazilian "Copoeira", but I misuse it. I would have taken Judo, but I'm not the kind of guy who grabs on people. I hope you become a great Kenjutsu Master & meet me at a tournament.^_^

Sure, a good swordsman will just wait until you try to close in on him as you need to be closer to actually hit him/her and when you do it's chop chop time.

That is true. I'm also very good at fencing so I know how to use a sword. That's also how I know to defeat it. When you pick up enough speed where you can snap someone's neck before they make their first move, you'll understand what I'm saying.
