Does those fatal fury shows count as KoF anime?? it did had mai and the two bogard brothers
The Tokyo Game Show even has anime surprises for us. A King of Fighters anime will be released in four episodes.
I can only hope that it won't become just another turd in the -already sizeable- pile of "fighting game into anime" manure.
The GitS:SAC character designer is working on it, which is a plus in my opinion.

That's not a very impressive curiculum vitae.The script will be supervised by Akihiko Ureshino, who has worked on the storyline for the King of Fighters EX series on the Game Boy Advance and is also the author of several Japanese KoF novels. Ureshino will also be working on the storyline for the upcoming Maximum Impact 2
But if I see Yamazaki confirmed somewhere I'll probably succumb and watch it...probably.
