Apparently m$ has made it their social responsibility to inform the parents of the inherent dangers of the intarweb. By exposing the secret and dangerous language of the geek [LINK], parents will be able to identify and protect their children from the evilness that ensues on the internet before it ever reaches the living room and into grandma's sensitive ears.
m$ was able to decipher quite a few terms such as:
"rox0rs" Used in place of "rocks," typically to describe something impressive.
and
"w00t" or the smiley character \o/: A common interjection, analogous to "woohoo!"
watch out you crazy "l33t h4x0rs." now that the public knows, there is no escape! make your time!1!!one
