| Re: layers (in Photoshop) ok 1) do ctrl+shit+N or 2)  layers are for adding brushes or doing anything else to add to your sig I mean you could try to di it all on one layer but that wouldn't work out very well, if you are looking for a good sig you should have 8+ layers
