Grumble Grumble Grumble
If you want to compile and run LINUX application on Windows XP, there's the Cygwin project... (Note, this package is not for the faint of heart. serious GNU coders need only apply)...

....OR
Are you refering to a program for linux so you can try and use Windoze based software?
If that's what you're looking for you're wasting your time. There is a package out there that tries to emulate everything for windows on a linux filesystem but if you want to use Win programs just install WinXP and use LILO or another boot loader to swap between systems.
You can run windows apps on linux, check out WINE http://www.winehq.com/ its not perfect, but it does work in many cases.
Dan
I think Dan got it thats what I was told but I'll double check the program name after spring break
