Just wondering... who else here suffers from headaches and/or migranes.
Over the last year I've had so many headaches and some many migranes I find myself not able to do anything alot of the time.
One week, I had one every day and two migranes, and I once had a headache that lasted for four days straight. Nothing works for me anymore, like painkillers and such. For me, the cause of mine is my eyesight.
But anyway, the point of this thread is just a little bit of a dicussion about headaches and such, I'm just wondering if anyone else is a constant headache sufferer, and what do you do to help deal with the pain?
Is it as simple as taking a tablet, going to sleep or something else?

yeah about that if youre having at least one or two headaches per day you should really have a full body check up
over at another forum (name not given) the administrator there had real bad headaches everyday cuz how he talks about it in the shoutbox anyways he went for the full body check and it was a shortage of certain hormones

I'm constantly thinking about things, sometimes I think about a lot of things, and my head just starts to hurt. Either that or loud noises sometimes give me a headache. If it's a loud noise, I just go to a quite place. If it's because I think to much, I just go watch tv. I don't usually get headaches a lot, maybe once of twice a year.

Yeah, I used to get headaches at least once a day. I eventually decided to go to the doctor for it, it ended up being due to my diet and sleeping schedule. After a few weeks of a certain diet and medication to help my sleeping schedule get back on track I stopped getting them. Another thing that can give you a lot of headaches is eating a lot of food packed with MSG. At least that is what i've heard.
I don't get headache everyday though. But sometimes when my father yells at me for no reason, it gives me headaches. For example is when he accidentally broke something (or anything in the like) and can't fix it, he yells at me to help him. Oh yeah my sister is also a pain in the butt. She just never stops. All she does is talk and talk and talk. Let's just say that my headaches come from my family.
i get tons of headaks all the time like 3 a week and its so annoining and it lasts all day from about 4p.m central to about 12p.m central its as commen as my baby sis and me fighting for my games

Cause certain noises upset me... just hearing them make my head hurt... not like fingernails down a chalk board or anything but like certain pitches and high notes.... i hat it when someone starts singing without music.

i get headaches all the time but i get really bad ones when a storm is on the way, because it was when we were having massive storms in England for like 3 weeks straight i was in so much pain i had to go to hospital and the doctor said its somthing to do with air pressure or something i wasnt really listening but all i know is storms are bad!
