Really depends on your preference. I'm an artist, so I belive that preserveing the artists work is paramount. When you change a Japanese manga from Right to Left, the art has to be flipped.
So I like to read right to left.

    Re: Manga: Left or Right

I prefer the traditional way. Once I got used to it it just seemed to go smoother and there is none of those right vs left issues Len mentioned.

Funny thing is I always have a few moments of disorientation after reading a manga in the traditional format and then try and read anything else.

This can cause problems, such as making a right handed character left handed, etc...
    Amen.
Also, the other method of making a manga right-->left is individually cutting out every image and rearranging it. This process is tedious, costs more and doesn't always work (mainly because of the boundary breaking drawings that a lot of manga have).

I simply don't buy manga that's been reversed.
Except fot Muhen no Juunin/Blade of the Immortal because it's very hard to come by in it's original format.

I'm with you on that, Blade of the Immortal is a damn fine series by the way, i'm so behind though it isn't funny.

    Re: Manga: Left or Right

I like reading it how the japanese originally wrote it. This way none of the images are messed up because they had to switch it around.
