    By Manga sites, I hope you mean Web-comics, cause sites to download licenced manga are a no-no here.

    Anime Waves <--- though most of it is bt and u will have to download it.

    I had the same view point you did, but this Webcomic is really well done. Not to mention that they KILL DeeDee from Dexterslab in it.
