I'll asume that your RAM has a flaw on. Maybe it will be secure to run a memory chec-up to view if all the memory is working corectly.
i've been having problems with my PC, everytime i play Half-Life or anything else, for that matter. i get a "can't read memory location." can someone tell me if it's my ram or HD. i'm guessing it's my ram, but not sure.

Also, if your over-clocking your memory, try setting it to the 'default' speed and see if the problems continues. If you have multiple RAM modules, you can also try them one at a time, and see if the problem continues...
