MewMew A La Mode

Hello i just read the new Tokyo MewMew A La Mode and i wanted to know wht is up with Berry's father!!!!
Is he a girl or is he a guy with a girl hair style and an apron on. I meen he has pony tails!!! Alot of the guys in this issue seem extremly girly but her father looks exactly like a girl!

I'm not really sure........So that was her dad?I always thought that is was her Mom untill she started saying'Dad' to 'him'
