80*80 is large enough for me
100*100 is too intrusive...

well its not nig enough for me i cant even put a good quality avatar or a moving avatar or even a big sized small kilabyte avatar

It will have to be enough for you because the size restriction is not going to change.

In past expriences, large avatars as well as large sigs, just cluter each post. It takes up too much screen space for one post with large avatars and sigs. Majority of the members did not like to scroll down a whole screen to get to the next post.

Also, I use a 70x70 avatar and there is plenty of details there. You will just have to be creative in showing your avatar.

Like I have told other members if you don't Like the avatar size then don't use an avatar plan and simple

i use an 70x70 av and untill recently a 417x115 sig (i had to cut it down to 417x110 ) and thers plenty of space for me. plus i dont use animation at all. that lets me get better quality on the pictures!
