Yo out of all the anime and manga that you have seen and read who do you consider to be the most evilist villian out there. Please tell me their name and what series they come from and what makes them so evil.
I think the main villian in Berserk is the most evilist because he betrayed all his companions to the devil and killed them all in one day. Plus he also conquered the world.

Knives from Trigun. I chose him because he can control people with his psychic powers and use them as puppets to kill and eventually kill them himself. Plus he also destroyed the ships.
SQUARE-ENIX -- for pushing back the release dates for the English Dub of Advent Children and for also pushing back FFXII and Kingdom Hearts 2 (you know they're probably going to do it again lol ^-^)

well, there's Sephiroth, for killing Aerith and being such a badass
there's Frieza for being a fag, blowing up planets and killing Vegeta and doing a bunch of evil shit
and of course, there's George W. Bush for... well, there's a lot of reasons lol

Yes i would agree with Kastelic4444, i think Naraku is a real bad @$$
