Ah, yeah... Shrek was the same for me, as well.
I actually thought that 'The Grudge' was just going to be a ripoff of the Ring. No such thing. I usually am not scared at horror movies, but needless to say, I almost wet myself.
Has there ever been a movie that you've been having doughts about but when you watched it you enjoyed it?
That only movie that I was ever wrong about was Shrek. I thought that it was going to be another shity kids movie, but when i took my little sister to see it I enjoyed it.
When you're caught between Good and Evil, Make them both suffer.

I thought Enemy at the Gates would be a cheap flick that chased Saving Private Ryan's success.
Ed Harris made my worries melt like a single ice cristal covered with creamy fresh hot camel dung in the Sahara at 14:23 PM.
yea i agree Ed Harris was really good in that movie, but as for me ill have to say that was Finding Nemo. I really didn't think i would like it, i went to the movies to see it just cause i was bored and there was nothing else at the time to see... and it turned out to be great.
The end is important in all things.
Theres actually quite a few for me. And most of them are either kiddy movies or chick flicks.
Shrek was one definately and pretty much every other CG movie over the last 3 years.
Also a couple Hugh Grants flicks....About a Boy and Notting Hill.
And then after the first X-Men which I didnt like. I actually liked the 2nd one alot.
I didn't think the johnson family vacation was going to be a good as it is.
(i don't go to the movie much)

I'm gonna have to agree with the Shrek thing. I really didnt think that was going to be any good but I liked it. Shrek 2 seems to have more of an adult theme to it. Am I wrong in thinking that?
