I'm searching for a new media player that also archives all my music and video files.
It has to be user friendly, have many ways to order my files and be able to play alot of different filetypes.
Does anyone have some recommendations?
I used Winamp many years ago but back then it could only play music files.

Well supposdely the latest version of Winamp tackles almost all file types now, so maybe give that a shot again. I'm not sure on that though..... I also hear the VLC Media Player is a good one to have, I've never tried it myself but it's gained good word of mouth so far.
you can try DVX player too, you can play many video files with this software.
I think I'll give Winamp 5.1 a shot.Originally Posted by narrator
Do you mean DivX? It's not good for archiving and not very good for audio files either...Originally Posted by name one
