My Layout

Hi guys.
Can a few of you rate my website?
its located here: Mod edit
on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the layout?

This is my first one, i'm not sure how well I did.

I think that the welcome section should be on top of the main menu section, lol it is a kool layout nice nicely well done job. i will give it a 9.

Maybe put more of a standard color more than a little rainbow...Although Rainbow's are kewl....lol.

but the shout boxs and the moving scenes are to me really annoying. I would just use one. A 6 out of 10

I like the icons in the middle. Did you make 'em yourself?
Id say 7/10 as its neat and tidy but Im not a huge fan of the top banner. Good job so far though!
