get a shout box on this site, its a bit like a chat room but a bit different , theyve got one on the ffx2.com forums (which my school has barred)
this way members can communicate with eachother, or you could get a chat room, which my school dislikes but they can kiss my ass
We've tried a shoutbox before, and it failed miserably. It went so badly that we swore that it would NEVER happen again.

If members want tto communicate with eachotther they can IM the members or Visa Versa
