Next, well, when I viewed your site the frams were extremely small, you can only see about 4 lines of text.
Not to mention nothing is centered.
The background and forground are too blended. You need to seperate the two so the user knows what they're looking at instead of just 'hello kitty'
Play around with layouts and colours! That's the only way to learn and find what you like
