    NBA Draft

Well Milwaukee picked Bogut #1, I'm bummed about that because I wanted him to go to my team, Atlanta but we did get Williams who is suppose to be the most athletic and most upside in the draft. We now have a glut at SF/PF though so I'm wondering what the Hawks are doing....

    Re: NBA Draft

My Nuggets have 2 first round picks (20 and 22), so I just hope they don't trade them away like they did with Neelson last year. We need a big power forward...Nene just isn't cutting it, and who knows is Vashon Leonard will be good to go next year.

And I remember now, at the top of my lungs in my arms, she dies, she dies.

I'm pretty bummed out about the Lakers picks, my brother was even more angry than i was....we were watching the draft at an Applebee's and i basically had to restrain my drunken brother from tearing the joint apart after he realized the awful selections they made. Ah well, at least Phil is back....

    Re: NBA Draft

This was a weird draft...none of the mock drafts were all that close and quite a few teams made some strange picks, especially Toronto. Raymond Felton went pretty high at No. 5, Villanueva at No. 7 was just o_O, was a bit surprised the Warriors took Diougo at 9 instead of Warrick or May. And what really surprised me was Gerald Green dropping all the way to 15.

Anyways Delerium, your Hawks had a pretty good draft with Williams, Stoudamire, and Akyol. With the glut at the SG/SF spots I anticipate that the Hawks will trade 1, if not 2, of the guys there. Al Harrington holds the most value so I probably seeing him going if a trade were to occur plus he probably has the largest contract of the SG/SF's on the team.

    Re: NBA Draft

My only complaint is that we really needed a PG and there were plenty good ones left at the beginning of the 2nd round....hopefully these picks work out.

No confidence that Stoudamire can fill the role?

I was under the impression that he was a 2 guard, is a PG? I know little to nothing about the guy to be honest.
