Hehe well I took a look at your pic, the Height x Width is correct but the size is still too big. it's around 29kb when it needs to be around 19kb....

edit: Actually i don't have PS (Photoshop) on this comp, maybe someone else can help you reduce the resolution? or you could prob do it yourself if you have the tools.

that's the only prob i see....there's something terribly wrong about that image it's way bigger than it should be :P all of my pics of that size are not even over 10k :P
