 Newbie  |  Need Help (to Color In My Pics) I NEED MAJOR HELP!!! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT PROGRAMS TO GET WITH A TABLET PEN? I'm thinking photoshop 7 and that's because many of my favorite japanese anime artists use it. I also want to make layouts for my new website...can anyone help me! P.S. I'm looking to color in my pictures, add shading and blares (light that's hitting them), and to make website layouts. |
