New to the board

Hello! It's so nice to see so many artists around in one place like this. I've enjoyed a lot of the art that I have seen so far.

Well, a little about me:

I am a photographer by trade, it's one of my passions. I also love to draw and paint, I've been doing so for quite a few years, as I seem to get better at it as I learn new techniques. (Mostly from just messing around and screwing up my own work, then trying to figure out how to make it better).

I study and teach martial arts "Hun Kin Do Bando, Kenjutsu, etc " I also forge Japanese swords in their traditional styles. I have been doing this for about 8 years, I've really been trying to figure out different smiths forging styles. I hope to someday enter my swords in the NBTHK or (Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai - the Society for the Preservation of Japanese Art Swords) competition. I plan on studying under a licensed sword smith in Tsuru, Japan since I am moving there in a month for a few years.

I've recently been into custom guitar making. I have only made a few, but I am progressing as I learn. I recently patented a type of Self tuning guitar tuning head, hopefully I can make them and sell a few.
I love all sorts of music, as I am a musician myself (Guitar, Piano, studying Shakuhachi and the Oud) Here's a small list of bands and the sort:
