Whoa... you weren't kidding about "radical new changes" to the character design! I think she looks adorable though, just not like the Sasami we all are familiar with. I really liked Pretty Sammy and am looking forward to seeing this new series!

The past year, there has been ongoing rumors of another Tenchi Muyo spin off series, with a sequel of the TV series 'Magical Girl Pretty Sammy' (Magical Project S). The official Japanese website for this series just came up, and the series 'Sasami - Magical Girl Club' looks completly new, with radical design changes to the characters, (with only Mihoshi, Washu, and Ryo-Ohki being recognizable...) and appears to be a completly new spin off of Tenchi Muyo, with only a slight relationship with the original Pretty Sammy series...

i hope if it come here funamation dosnt get the rights to it they got the second serises of tenchi Ryo Ohi (AKA The retern of tenchi) and all they did was ut out one dvd for the last year.
As for the new serries they lookmore like the close relitive of them then the actual character or they cut everyones age by half. though it kinda looks fuuny in a way.Now if only i could read Jaanes

This isn't surprising, considering that the last episode and the bonus episode (6 total in the third OVA series) still hasn't been distributed in Japan yet... You should give Funimation credit for licensing the series, having the episode and original Japanese sound track uncut, and getting all but one of the original English dub actors for the English dub...Originally Posted by Joshua001
