group 5 the last group
2 week suspeintion

if they go through the warning system within a 2 week span they will be perma ban

When will the arcade be back up?

Do the warnings reduce over time if someone is good or is it a permanent mark?

The Moderator who sets the warning, also gets to choose the duration of the warning and the time it expires... (the default is 30 days)... You can consider this a probationary period for good behavior...
