I had the oppisite problem until I was 21. At 14 I had 30 yr old scummy guys hitting on me who thought I was 18-21. Once I was 21 everone still thought I was 18-21. At that point though I stopped complaining. lol

I dunno if its an older sibling thing, but honestly I probably would've made the same mistake your brother did. I suck at remembering people's birthdays, and I just can't picture my younger brother getting older. He's going to be 19 this year and I seriously can't picture him being older then maximum 15.

Being 18 doesn't make you an adult by the way, you're still a teenager for another 2 whole years. Plus, your brain doesn't fully mature till you're 24-25. So no, they are not an adult.

I too know that feeling. I am a towering 5'1'' and in no way look 19. When my sister (who is 4 years younger than me!!) and I go out people think she is older than me.
