I hated the SD gundam anime. I hated that anime so much, I thought it was going to be cool, but I was wrong. All the voices werecrappy and it was a disgrace to the gundam series.

Seems like quite a few think the same way as I do about DBZ.
Here in Finland, the series is dubbed in english and it's really crappy.
Why do they torment us with DBZ?
And now Neon Genesis Evangelion is being aired. Oh my god...
just to name a few (in particular order):
all of maki's friends (air master)
miyaka (fushigi yuugi)
komachi (samurai 7)
vegeta (dbz)
sakura (naruto)
aine (kaikan phrase)
kaoru (rurouni kenshin)
rimururu & nakururu (samurai showdown)
kagura (fruits basket)
shinji (evangelion)
I hate Faina from Infinite Ryvius. Those of you who have seen Ryvius can sympathize I'm sure. She takes all the qualities embodied by angel girls such as Lacus Clyne from Gundam SEED, and Subaru from .hack//SIGN and totally corrupts them. Faina represents to me the opposite of the kind of woman I want.
Inuyasha and Kagome! I can't stand noisy and childish characters, they really annoy me!
Shinji Ikari
blech
The casts of NGE and DBZ (and the shows in their entirety) suffer from a similar malady: there is a whole bunch of potential that just goes to waste due to poor planning and writing.
As for a specific character, I don't much care for the entire character archtype that is exemplified by Shinji Ikari -the whining, self-absorbed teenage boy that ends up in the hero's role despite his best efforts to the contrary.
Forgot his name (don't really care actually) but the main character from Blue Gender.....just too whiny for me.
