sorry if im asking too much about my manga needs but i have one question: i dont live in japan but i want the setting for my manga to be in japan. which comes to my problem. how do i draw th eway people dress, the insides of peoples houses, buildings etc.?

You could look it up on the internet, that is what this place is here for. I'm sure you can find pictures and stuff on a site like google.com Try looking up sites that do tours of Japan, they usually have pictures. If not just search various things on google, like "pictures of Japan", stuff like that.
