Thread: opinions on Fruits Basket

I've come across the name a few times and it's peaked my interest. None of my friends seem to have seen it, and I'd like to get some feedback on the series before I go off on a wild goose chase trying to find it to watch. Good, bad, ugly, inane, stupendous, etc.
