No I just came baclk from japan and I don't think there is a place like that. (depends on where u r)
Where is the loosest place in Japan for PDA? I know in some parts it's pretty taboo for people to even hold hands, and some familys are still very traditional.
Come to think of it, if those kinds of familys came to the U.S they'd probably croak.

so the whole idea in most mangas and animes are like you kissed. . .naughty** so i can see where got the idea but i dont think there are many places in the world like that anymore. .

it is "loosening up" in a way. but you were right in saying that some areas frown upon PDA, but those are way rural. in the cities and even suburbs they dont really mind so much anymore. you can do pretty much whatever you want in places like shinjuku and harajuku.
