Also, Google is your friend, I typed in "anime avatars" and hit I'm Feeling Lucky, here's my result.

They're not all 80 x 80 but you can crop or resize them in Paint, or if you have it, Paint shop Pro or Photoshop.

The Avatars can also be smaller than 80x80.

take a pic; open it up in paint; copy what u like off of it make sure the size is 80x80 and save it!!
