    Depends on where they'd be fighting.
    Forest at night-->Ninja
    At sea-->Pirates
    Everywhere-->Robots

    So robots clearly have a disadvantage...

    Robot ninja, definitely. See also Sektor/Cyrax/Smoke from MK3 (not the movie, dammit). Then again, a robot-pirate-ninja could be pretty wicked...

    Pirates! Cuz ninjas weren't that cool in real life as anime makes them out to be. If it were anime ninjas vs anime pirates than mos def ninjas. Plus, ninjas don't go 'arr'
