Plastic surgery is meant for people who suffered from severe burns. But it's weird why would people (who didn't suffer) undergo plastic surgery...
It's a person's own choice, I'm not against it, only if people go so overboard that they end up hurting themselves by getting too many surgeries do I have a problem. I would rather people would just try to accept themselves than try to surgically alter their appearance (and give in to our seriously messed up society's standards), but it is their choice and no one else can make it for them. However, if someone was in some sort of accident and needed the surgery, then I'd support that 100%.

yeah plastic surgery will be good to those people who had burns due to accidents.. but i think to have satisfaction in body.. plastic sugery will be bad.. coz maybe it will cause cancer...

Plastic surgery can help a lot of people feel good and confident about themselves its a good thing to have but then we see total and utter abuse of this practise when looking at michael jackson.

I have no idea how he feels good looking like that, i mean its not even human anymor
Fake beauty can never match the pure benevolence of natural beauty. And if your a girl never EVER get fake boobs. Personally a flat chest is much better then fake ones, and believe me there is definately something called TOO big.
